What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, phone number, email address, site location, approximate area, project type and any notes you provide, plus details you share when you call or email us.
• Advertising source: if you arrive from one of our ads, the campaign details in the link (for example utm_source or utm_campaign) are saved with your enquiry so we know which ad worked.
• Website usage: anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
• Meta Pixel (only if you choose “Accept”): cookies and device/browser information, pages viewed and actions such as tapping our phone number or email, or submitting an enquiry.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange site visits and deliver our services; and, if you accept tracking, to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our business, which may store information outside Australia (including the United States):

• Vercel (website hosting and anonymous analytics) and Supabase (enquiry database).
• Resend (email) and Twilio (SMS) to notify our team of new enquiries.
• Meta Platforms, only if you accept tracking. When you submit an enquiry, your email, phone, first name and site location are converted to a one-way hashed form before being sent to Meta to match the enquiry with our ads.

Your choices

You can browse without the Meta Pixel by choosing “Decline”, and change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the website footer. You can also adjust ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. We stop marketing contact if you ask us to.
